Privacy.

We keep this short because the answer is short: we collect what you send us, we log what a web server logs, and your browser remembers two display preferences on its own. No analytics, no third-party trackers.

This page is informational and not legal advice. It is being reviewed by counsel; treat it as Techcorp's current practice rather than a binding statement until that review is complete.

Who we are

Techcorp Inc. is an AV and video-teleconferencing field-installation partner based in Arizona, USA, working with system integrators nationwide. For any privacy question or request, email Email Us.

What we collect

From the contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically name, email, company, and a description of the project. Those messages are delivered to our Email Us inbox and may be forwarded internally to the team member best suited to respond.

Automatic web-server logs

Our host records standard request logs for every page view: IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, and the URL requested. These are retained for up to 90 days and used only for security, abuse investigation, and debugging. This is a static site — we do not set cookies ourselves.

Typefaces

Our typefaces (Archivo Narrow, Inter, and IBM Plex Mono) are self-hosted on this server as WOFF2 files. Your browser fetches them from us, not from Google. No third-party font CDN sees your visit.

Local browser storage

The site saves two display preferences in your browser's local storage (not cookies) so your choice sticks between visits:

  • tc_theme — whether you've chosen the dark or light theme.
  • tc_hero — which home-page hero variant you've selected.

These values live on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. To clear them, use your browser's "clear site data" or "cookies and site data" controls for techcorp.com, or open DevTools → Application → Local Storage and delete the entries directly.

What we do not do

  • No analytics platforms (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or similar).
  • No advertising pixels, retargeting, or third-party marketing tags.
  • No session-replay or heatmap tools.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of contact-form data with anyone outside Techcorp.
  • No automated decision-making or profiling on submissions.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for the active life of the inquiry or project and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can reconstruct prior work if a client comes back. After that they are deleted on routine cleanup — or earlier, on request. To request deletion, email Email Us from the address you originally wrote in from, or include enough detail for us to locate the message.

Your rights — California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the statute, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email Email Us; we will verify the request against the email address on file and respond within the statutory timeframe.

Your rights — EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our lawful basis for processing your contact-form data is legitimate interest in responding to your business inquiry, or your consent where applicable. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because Techcorp is US-based, submitting the form results in an international transfer of your data to the United States.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the systems that hold your data, including access controls on the email mailbox and the hosting environment. No internet-facing system is invulnerable, and we make no guarantee against a determined attacker.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and not to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
